职位描述

任职要求：
1. Engineering Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree with major in Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; 
2. 3 + years engineering background work experience on new product design or project management. Experience in power tools, small household appliance or relative industries are preferred.
3. Exposure to manufacturing / assembly of power tools, small household appliance or relative products. 
4. Basic 3D CAD skill (ProE, preferred CATIA) 
5. Strong written and verbal English skills, written is a must
6. Good communication, organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
7. good problem solving skills;
8. good multi-task skills;
9. Be familiar with project development process and management.
10. Self-motivated, goal-orientated, team-worker, open-minded.

职位职责：
1. manage the resident products at outside sourced products suppliers;
2.maintaining DeWalt quality for resident products made at sourced product suppliers, including periodical supplier audits;
3. monitoring warranty from field, drive supplier to solve the warranty issue if any;
4. implement derivative mods;
5.implement design improvement;
6.drive suppliers to take necessary activities to adapt new compliance requirement;
7. approve REA for resident products from suppliers;
8.provide technical support to sourcing & marketing to implement VI;
9. provide technical assessment of supplier capabilities;
10. other necessary work assigned by team leader.
