职位描述

Position Summary
To analyze and improve the product and process’s defect; To follow up the new products qualification; To create all the related quality documentations (PFMEA, QCP, QC WI), Customer complain follow up and related reliability and durability test follow up.

Key Responsibilities
1. Arrange and follow up line modeling and prepare report, and new products qualification test and follow up the related CAPA. 
Issue inspection instruction, visual criteria and quality management plan, create the PFMEA, QCP.
2. Confirm and analyze various defects, organize related departments to make corrective and preventive action plan, Increase product pass rate step by step.
3. Complete the related CAPA to CQA and customer
4. Contact customer to clarify / confirm customer’s quality specification or requirement.
5. Customer returned defect confirmation, analyze and improvement. Customer audit accompany and coordination.
6. Submit statistical technology training to QA inspectors, Arrange related reliability and durability test.

Person Specifications
1.A college degree 
2.1-3 years relevant experience about QA or engineering.
3.Satisfactory at written and spoken English
4.Be good at defect analyze, CAR, audit and communication, teamwork.
