职位描述

Key Responsibilities
1.Give professional suggestion for tooling design, ensure new tooling design could satisfy the product’s requirement.
2.Give guideline & professional advice for product engineering in tooling to facilitate their product development activities.
3.Communicate with tooling manufacturers, ensure the tooling could be produced based on the product’s requirement, and ensure the tooling be produced in proper material & reasonable cost.
4.Can estimate a more detail cost analysis of each tooling
5.Partnering with molding vendors to ensure the new tooling could be put into production smoothly.
6.Develop key strategy for the company in respect of tooling platforms & sourcing.
7.Liaise with the supplier’s Tooling Engineering and support the Project Engineer in the development of product parts applied to Appliance Products.
8.Manage multiple projects from different OEMs and follow-up from project kick-off to MP
9.Define tooling specifications and parts manufacturing process
10.Trouble shooting during product development cycle
11.Participate in Vendor Audit to qualify new Suppliers and follow up their status via scorecard
12.Check and manage Engineering documents required for tooling development.
13.Participate in communicating with outside clients and US team the project status issues via TC
14.In charge of producing technical documents: Design Guidelines, Troubleshooting Guidelines, Status reports of different suppliers in scorecard manner
15.Need to regularly report to Specialists Manager the existing issues and progress to achieve the goal
16.Provide low cost proposal and its feasibility study for the Specialists Manager.


Person Specifications
1.Above college degree, majored in mechanical design.
2.Over 8 years of experience in tooling & engineering design.
3.Good use of engineering softwares, such as Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG, etc.
4.Good level written and spoken English.
5.Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively
6.Responsible, analytical minded, Self-initiative, Team player
7.Strong Technical Knowledge in Electronic and Electrical field
8.Good problem solving and failure analysis skills.
