职位描述

Key Responsibilities

- Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment/Fixture vendors.
- Create and maintain the process documentation, such as WI /layout/Routing…
- Work with cross function team for NPD project delivery by conducting PFMEA /DFM….
- Create related process documentation and training to Preventive Maintenance team and Production department.
- Conduct further improvement for manufacturing process

Person Specifications

- Bachelor degree or above in Industrial engineering /Mechanical Engineering.
- Good English.
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively and independently.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, UG and other equivalent drawing software.
- 3 year working in basic manufacturing system is an advantage. Work in power tool is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma
- A self-starter with “hands-on” approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
