职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate & work closely with our PMC/Engineering/Production/QC/Packaging/Purchasing to ensure orders are timely produced
2. Work closely with customers and internal departments to deliver new products and modification projects
3. Work closely on all packaging progress & artwork details
4. Monitor shipment schedule and ensure smooth mass production and orders are timely delivered
5. Ability to handle orders efficiently and smoothly under very little supervision
6. Assist sales team in preparing a sales forecast for each customer
Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines
2. Must have at least 3 years of experience in an order processing, customer service, or sales related position
3. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
4. Ability to read and write English
5. Good computer knowledge in Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook
6. Well organized, responsible, independent, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
