Key Responsibilities
1. Utilize the Oracle system to create the job, demand, to generate the PO and to schedule and arrange all related operations activities
2. Drive and co-ordinate with cross-functional departments to provide or set up all needed on time to complete the daily work and be part of key role to ensure the products delivered within the quality expectations, reasonable timeframe and acceptable cost or expense
3. Initiate the communication and negotiate with the suppliers for our forcast, demand, their capacity, production schedule, materials delivery and logistic arrangement, etc., that also including drive to solve all related quality and capacity issues.
4. Communicate with the oversea offices too for the planning, including to have telephone conference at evening if need.
5. Monitor and control the inventories, obsoletes & scraps and take the lead to drive the deposition of all reject and excess materials, that including drive to solve the related quality issue when need

Person Specifications
1. Educational background; College or above
2. More than four years\\\' experience in Production & Materials Control or Purchasing or Supply Chain
3. Good spoken and written English
4. Have good communcation skills and can work under pressure
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel and Word, etc
6. Familiar with ERP or Oracle
7. With project Manangement Knowledge
