职位描述

工作职责：
1.作为研发代表参与转移项目、FEP 项目、PDP 项目
2.作为研发代表支持工厂并参与指定生产线维护
3.设计、改进电动工具整机及零部件包括：
- 设计图纸
- 进行稳定性和强度计算
- 根据强度要求进行材料选型
- 给供应商提供技术支持
4.参与新项目研发，包括：
- 新产品测试手册的编制过程中提供支持
- 设计阶段协调、执行和控制耐久及其他测试
- 新产品建立测试设备时提供支持
任职资格：
1.机械或电子类专业大学本科及以上学历
2.3年以上机械类消费品研发经验
3.熟练使用Pro/E等软件
4.掌握机械设计、强度特性、齿轮传动及电气驱动等知识
5.英语流利
6.良好的沟通、协调和组织能力
Responsibilities:
1. Engineering responsible function for transfer projects, FEP projects, PDP projects (EPV)
2. Support plant for specified production lines maintenance
3. Designing and improving partly or in total power tools and its components. This includes
?  CAD drafts work with the software Pro/E
?  Calculations of stability and strength
?  Material selection based on requirements and strength properties
?  Support the suppliers on the manufacturing processes like plastic molding, machining steel parts,    stamping parts, die cast.
4. On new project, this includes
?  Support to establish and coordinate test booklet for new products.
?  Coordinate, run and control endurance and other tests during the design phase.
?  Support to establish test equipment for new products.
Requirements:
1. University degree in either mechanical or electrical engineering
2. At least 3 years working experience in a design department of a company producing technical consumer products
3. Familiar with Pro/E
4. Good knowledge in mechanical design, strength properties, gear transmissions and electrical drives
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English
6. Teamwork orientation,good communication and organization ability
