职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Based on lean production concept, management of the production operation , keep it going smoothly;
- Lead operators to achieve the product target and roadmap, e.g. productivity ,delivery ,lower failure rate.
- Handle the issue about the safety, production efficiency, discipline, quality & daily management of production in workshop
- Record production data and analyse for improvement
- build the core team of production, keep low fluctuation of operators, make the development of the operators.
- Solve dissension between operators


Requirements:

- College graduate or above, preferably major in Mechanical or Mechanical & Electrical
- About 5 years experience in production management，Able to supervise large group of workers
- Good communication in Chinese and English
- Manufacturing process knowledge and understanding
- Good computer skill ( MS-office)


工作职责：

- 协调物流、质量、设备等相关部门，有效组织生产，解决生产中出现的问题，保障生产持续进行；
- 建立生产核心团队，发展员工，组织并带领本部门生产人员达成工厂的生产目标；
- 处理车间有关生产率，安全，质量，纪律，及其他日常工作；
- 负责生产数据采集，维护，分析，并提出改善意见；
- 制定并实施生产人员年度培训计划；
- 处理员工关系问题


任职要求：

- 大学专科或以上学历，机械、机电等相关专业优先
- 5年左右生产管理经验，特别是大规模工厂人员管理经验
- 良好的中英文沟通
- 熟悉生产相关流程
- 善于发现、分析并解决问题
- 熟练操作计算机系统
