职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for transfer projects, FEP projects and PDP projects

- Ensure Bosch processes and Standards are followed and applied in the Projectmanagement

- Drive all activities of the project team to achieve project target

- Conduct feasibility study, risk appraise, budget making, cost and markanalysis

- Coordinate whole project process, define timetable, track project status,prepare report, and take care of problems

- Lead project team, assign duties and responsibilities, and participate inperformance evaluation

- Management tasks such as training and mentoring


Requirements:

- Good communication skill & ability for decision making underdifficulty situation

- Initiative and ability to motivate other people

- University degree in either Mechanical or Engineering with min. 5 yearsworking experience in products developing or project management of technicalproducts

- Profound ability in technical design and knowledge of engineeringprocesses

- Skilled in Pro/E, MS project, good presentation skills

- Systematic working style and good Leadership skills

- Fluent in both spoken and written English


工作职责：

- 在项目管理过程中严格遵循博世内部流程与规则

- 指导并推进产品项目团队各项活动

- 对复杂项目进行可行性评估、风险评估、预算制定、产品成本分析和市场分析等

- 协调项目全过程，包括项目计划、项目状态跟踪、阶段报告、问题处理等

- 根据项目目标进行人员分配，参与绩效评估

- 培训并管理项目成员


任职要求：

- 卓越的沟通技巧，以及有能力在困境中作决策

- 积极主动，并能激发其它人员的主动性

- 机械或工程专业大学本科及以上学历

- 5年以上机械类产品研发或项目管理经验

- 熟练掌握机械设计知识和研发流程

- 熟练使用Pro/E、MS Project等软件

- 良好的演讲和表达技巧

- 系统的工作思路及优秀的领导能力

- 优秀的英语听说读写能力
