职位描述

1. As part of the Global Material Field team, take up coordination for Material Fields of Plastic, Rubber, Package, Fastener in China ( PT/PUR2/5-CN: Experienced Commodity Buyer)中国区全球物料采购2/5组高级物采购员负责塑料/橡胶模具和注塑,包装紧固件

2. Regional Strategy, Quality and Cost responsibility and accountability for related Material Fields w/ considering rBU business and Local for Local requirements via leading market sourcing and supplier qualification

负责供应商开发和放行, 紧密联系各个工厂的业务和本地化需求,制定并管理所负责物料的采购战略,供应商质量以及采购成本

3. Main global contact interface to regional suppliers (Commercial, Quality) / Assure aligned messages to the supplier

本地供应商联系的主要窗口并确保与供应商之间的适当沟通

4. Escalation management for regional suppliers related issues (commercial, quality, logistics)本地供应商商务,质量和物流危机管理

5. Understand & support rBU Business and TTM(Time to Market) process by coordination with PT-rBU/PPU functions

密切联系各个工厂产品采购员以迅速理解并支持各个工厂的业务发展和项目开发

6. Cooperate with Global Material field leaders to support Engineering for Power Tools worldwide standardization

支持并配合电动工具事业部工程部和全球物料采购经理的零件标准化工作



Requirements 任职要求（5~8 items 5~8 点）：

-University degree or above in Mechanical or Electron background or equivalent. 本科以上,机械或电子电气等专业

-Be familiar in categories of plastic/rubber mold and injection, package and fastener, experienced in turned, charger, motor components will be a plus 熟悉塑料/橡胶模具和注塑,包装材料和紧固件,有机加/充电器/马达零部件的经验更佳

-Minimum 5 years in material sourcing and strategy experience 5年以上物料采购资源开发和采购战略管理经验

-Must be able to work independently and with high responsibility and quality. 能独立自主高质量完成任务

-Target oriented and be a self-starter. 注重结果，积极主动

-Good English skills in listen, oral, written. 熟练的英语听说读写能力

-Good communication & coordination skills 较强的沟通和协调能力
