Responsibility 主要职责 
The successful candidate will report to HH Group Leader and will be involved in new product development, support product maintenance as needed. 


The main responsibilities of the role include 
Support new product design & development according to Product Creation Process 
Support transferred project for the Industrialization in the factory 
Support design improvement, cost reduction and supplier change activities 
Review test plan prepared by laboratory engineer and review testing report together with laboratory engineers for technical decisions 
Support Production, Quality Assurance, Sales and Customers Service as needed 
Other temporary tas 


Qualifications 任职要求 


Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field 
Good communication skills in English 
Strong desire to learn 
Can Work under high pressure
