工作职责
	Search and develop suppliers, maintain positive relationship with them;
	Contract negotiation and parts cost verification;
	To lead the Cost Reduction Projects to reduce the current parts price;
	Sample order and tooling order issue out;
	Work with material planner for trouble shooting;
	Support STIHL headquarter or brother company’s on supplier sourcing and communication;
	Assess supplier\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s ability to comply with STIHL requirements;
	Verify purchased parts comply with requirements and specifications during APQP
	Perform process audits according to STIHL requirement and industry standards;
	Follow up corrective actions until closure of all findings;
	Regularly monitor and review with responsible supplier on supplier performance, and drive for improvement
	Support organization and take over escalated issues in assembling line
	Support suppliers with expertise knowledge of quality tools;

任职资格
	Requirements
	Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering;
	Minimum 2 years working experience as an Engineer;
	Good command of Aluminum or Magnesium die casting and tooling, machining knowledge;
	Good command of English skills, both written and oral;
	Good communication skill and presentation skill;
	Good negotiation or analysis skill;
	Team work player, target oriented;
	Be able to travel frequently;
	SAP experience is preferred
	Solid Process audit skill
	Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of quality tools, including APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
