Job Responsibilities
-Handle all incoming phone calls, faxes, letters and expresses, and distribute timely;
-Welcome and arrange all visitors in a timely and professional manner;
-Arrange invitation letter, flight ticket, hotel reservation and car pick up for all colleagues and visitors;
-Manage stationery, water drink, meeting room, meeting equipment and office supplies to meet colleagues need and control inventory;
-Manage company vehicle, monitor and arrange daily jobs of drivers;
-Maintain and upkeep work files in a systematic order including all related application forms;
-Assist in HR activities organization such as annual dinner, outing, festival gifts etc.;
-Be responsible for bulletin board management, such as publish notice and conduct propaganda regularly and timely;
-Assist in monitor daily job of security, canteen and cleaning;
-Take ad hoc assignments from superior.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above;
-One year with similar position, fresh graduate would be considered;
-Good PC and Office system knowledge and operations;
-Good at spoken and written English;
-Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed;
-Stress resilience and capacity to work under pressure;
-Strong analytical and communicational skills at all level;
-High sense of urgency and energy level;
-Highly motivated, energetic, communicative person;
-Ability to negotiate and to express and explain Company policies and objectives;
-Capacity of implementing improvements;
-Problem Solving and Decision Making attitude;
-Strong attitude to be a team player;
-Initiative, careful, patient, smart.
