职位信息
Responsibilities:
1. Co-create the design of our new electro-mechanical products, as part of the German engineering team;
2. Create the design for new parts or cost saving, with final approval from German engineering team;
3. Transfer the obtained know-how to STIHL Qingdao for supplier discussions, sample evaluations and next generation products;
4. Train the colleagues;
5. Coordinate activities with design team and testing team, both inside STIHL CN and in the R&D headquarter;
6. Evaluation and release recommendation of sample parts for use in testing series and mass production;
7. Problem solving and troubleshooting on problems found during testing series and production series;
8. Further tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification:
1. Master/Bachelor in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
2. More than 5 years’ experience in the design of both electro-mechanical and mechanical components/products (high pressure washer or pump experience is preferred);
3. Experience in use of Creo for 3D/2D;
4. Good communication in English, spoken and written;
5. Able to work independently and teamwork spirit;
6. Open-minded, enthusiastic and convincing.
