Key Responsibilities
？ Manage on demand forecasting fluctuation, ordering and supply to fulfill customer needs.
？ Contacting with overseas internal customer communicate on demand forecast, supply solutions & updates.
？ Evaluate / assess supply risk, find solution to ensure no supply risk and on time delivery.
？ Maintain the production status for reporting comprehensive data / information, helping management level to explore any underlying risk to project on-time launch and on time delivery.
？ Manage on inventory / risk buy (build) at supplier side to ensure low obsolete / scrap risk.
？ Collaborate with NPD team, responsible for demand forecast, material full kits, capacity and production supply plan, as well as follow up NPD orders and deliveries to meet new products launch on time.
？ Manage a group of supplies to produce and deliver products on time to customers meet the requirement.
？ Work with cross function team to get support on project launch, delivery solution, planning implementation and shipment.
？ Escalation mindset.
？ Reporting & data analysis.

Person Specifications
？ Degree in Business/Science/supplier chain or related discipline.
？ For Specialist, ~3 years or above in procurement / purchasing role, supply chain management or sales merchandiser, with knowledge in shipping and logistics. For Sr Specialist, 5 years or above.
？ Preferable with the experience working in metal and tools manufacturing company.
？ Experience in demand forecast analysis, order delivery following up and on time delivery commitment.
？ Good experience and sense in planning and risk avoidance.
？ Experience in managing contract manufacturing suppliers.
？ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure, re-act to change well, result oriented, self-motivated, committed, independent and good time management.
？ Good oral and written in both English and Chinese, independent TC with oversea customer.
？ Business travel need for supplier visit regularly.
