职位描述

Position Responsibilities:

1. Lead quality teams including part quality assurance,process quality assurance,product and emission audit,supplier quality and quality management system in local plant;
2. Establish and maintain a clear quality policy (in manufacturing sites);
3. Drive continuous quality improvements in operational circumstances;
4. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure new products launch on time while meeting the stated quality standard. Improve new product ramp up into stable series quality status;
5. Manage committed budget plan;
6. Ensure that all manufacturing product specifications are developed and testing procedures are in place before starting up vendors and subcontractors;
7. Ensure all regulatory compliances in related to ISO,industry,and products and marketing requirements are met;
8. Develop organizations and subordinates to Improve performance continuously;
9. Develop internal quality processes to support quality objective achievement;
10. Cooperate with the German headquarters and support STIHL’s international quality Network;
11. Establish objectives in quality areas to support business target achievement;
12. Oversee the challenge to quality management from operation context and business development and take measures proactively;
13. Enhance cross functional cooperation in all business circumstances;
14. Work as a strong part of group quality committee member to support group quality targets and improvement initiatives;
15. Ensure sustainability of quality measures continuously;
16. Establish a quality culture and improve quality awareness in local organization;
17. Manage budgeting and costing in quality department;
18. Establish communication channels with cross functions as well as in the group;
19. Define and communicate necessary principles in quality works;
20. Define quality roadmap which guides quality development towards defined strategy;
21. Define annual quality targets and drive for achievement;


Requirements:

1. High integrity and ethical standards,high sense of taking responsibility;
2. Excellent presentation and communication skills;
3. Demonstrated leadership ability,confidence and ability to motivate staff by facilitation;
4. Excellent analytical,reasoning and problem solving skills and decision making strategy;
5. Strong strategic thinking;
6. Strong cooperation spirit;
7. Bachelor degree or above in engineering related fields;
8. Fluent English communication skills both in oral and written aspects;
9. Profound knowledge in quality planning,quality system and tools;
10. Demonstrated strong leadership skills;
11. Min.10 years of experience in quality management,min. 5 years in senior level
