职位描述

Position Responsibilities:

1. Lead,direct,and control all supply and logistics policies,procedures,and activities to maximize the efficiency,reliability,timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain;
2. Lead and direct functions of direct and indirect purchasing,materials planning, global sourcing,supplier improvement and in bound logistics;
3. Support new product development projects,delivering technical & economic solutions for new parts development;
4. Oversee the overall supply chain and logistics budget;monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending;
5. Establish targets in areas such as transit-on-time-delivery;parts supply and inventory management,part cost management;and monitor the performance of all supply and logistics activities against these goals;
6. Research,negotiate,maintain,monitor,and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with external suppliers so that the organization has a reliable supply of goods and services that meet its standards of quality,timeliness and cost;
7. Liaise with other senior executives across the organization to ensure that supply chain strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives;
8. Provide strategy and direction for collaboration with and coordination of suppliers,third-party service providers,internal customers such as operation,quality,R&D,etc.;
9. Lead,direct,evaluate,and develop professional and para-professional staff to ensure that the organization’s supply chain strategy is implemented effectively,consistently,and according to established guidelines and budgets;
10. Following up on budgeting,forecasting,and reporting activities;
11. Knowing,applying,and respecting the company\\\'s objectives and policies;
12. Establishing and implementing short- and long-range departmental goals and objectives;
13. Designing and implementing systems,policies and procedures to facilitate continuous process improvement in supply chain;
14. Purchasing and procurement management such as commodity management,cost reduction project management,cost engineering, supplier improvement,supplier lifetime management,etc.;
15. Ordering and managing of material and parts such as MRP management,delivery schedule,Kanban,direct line feeding ordering methods management,supplier capacity management,sales & operations planning,etc.;
16. Managing in bound logistics such as milk run,kanban,packaging optimization;
17. Managing indirect purchasing and MRO warehouse;
18. Managing supply chain risk

12. Strong leadership skills;
13. Min.10 years of experience in supply chain,min.5 years in senior level position
