职位描述

General Task:
?Supporting the BI oversea plants per establish and conduct measurement and control plan concept as well as the ISIR Process with CN suppliers to secure main quality aspects during the sample phase and before shipment of the parts to Europe during and after SOP (Firewall).
Detailed Tasks:
?Align measurement strategy of the parts between supplier and Bosch in cooperation with Production plan, also in Europe.
?Clarification of measurement deviations between Bosch and Supplier
?Check supplier measurement capabilities
?Prepare and create sampling reports / ISIR documents together with supplier
?Establish Control plan with supplier to secure serial deliveries, conduct spot checks of critical dimensions before shipment
?Planning and execution of Process Audits during samples production, Execution of process releases for each part
?Inspection of process stability after SOP, execute Process capability studies with the supplier
职位要求：
Functional Competences:
?Expert for operational Measurement tasks (full range of measurement devices), prefer turning, die casting parts
?Experience how to create / check ISIR documents
?Experience of evaluating supplier 8D report
?Independent preparation of statistics (Measurement capability, Machine capabilities…)
?Experience with the production of metal parts and the related manufacturing processes
?Practical Experience to perform Process Audits as well as Process approvals
Interpersonal Skills:
?Willingness to travel (Project Task requires high level of presence at supplier)
?Good English (general and technical vocabulary) and communication skills
?Team-minded working style, able to work under pressure
