The Job

As a Resident Engineer Here, you’ll be part of our Engineering team located in Suzhou. You’ll get to:
? Product engineer for mature products.
? Provide technical support to plant manufacture, solve quality issues and potential concerns. Technical support to develop 2nd source and backup tooling’s qualification.
? Responsible for product warranty reduction, cooperate with global team on research of warranty cases, and provide engineering solution to drive improvements.
? Handle product upgrade according to compliance or marketing requirements.
? Engineering support to productivity.
? Support new product delivery, handle reskin and class3 NPD projects.


The Person

? Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
? 1~3 years working experience in related background, familiar with power tools is preferred.
? Skills with 2D/3D drawing software (Pro/E, CATIA or UG), CATIA is preferred.
? Knowledge on product manufacturing process, SPC, 8D report, 6sigma & PFEMA process.
? Communication in oral English, presentation skills and good teamwork spirit.
? Good learning capacity, problem solving ability and strong sense of responsibility.
