职位描述

Responsibilities for PM
Work directly with the product director to manage whole supplier chain products.
Design and schedule new product development procedure.
Manage new product development process, make new product development calendar.
Search information for new product market and do relevant competition analysis.
Create, update, release product related documents in system according to planned deliverables at each milestone.
Handle some auxiliary work in all phases of the product, such as specifications, certification, etc., and coordinate with suppliers, customers, teams and other parties.
Responsible for pre-contact and communication with suppliers, factories visiting, travel itinerary creation and other matters.
Responsible for the reporting and summarizing of the team, including the organization of weekly meetings with Vietnam colleagues, production of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, KPI reviews and assessment summaries, etc.
Assist in team management, including group building and administrative affairs.
Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.
Qualifications for PM
Bachelor degree or above in English/International Trade/Economics and Management/Business or relative majors.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and are able to work with US colleagues
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational, management and negotiation skills
Able to work efficiently in a team environment
Vietnamese speaker is preferred
