职位描述

A project development engineer is supposed to develope and sustain Lab Test Equipment for portable generators and systems. The responsibilities include but are not limited to, understanding project objectives and needs; completing project plans; requesting and deploying project personnel, materials and equipment; coordinating with external suppliers and internal departments; ensuring that project objectives are met within plans and budgets; reporting regularly to management on project progress; ensuring project progress, completeness of documentation and legal compliance requirements; and technical and management issues involved in the project.
Responsibilities
Work directly with Design Engineers and contract manufactures to create product test plans
Design, Plan and schedule testing and verification activities
Perform testing for Generator & pressure washer, implement both system verification and complete product verification
Record issues happened during test process, work with engineers to solve problems
Create, update, release and document test report in system according to planned deliverables at each milestone
Continuously develop new test project based on regulations
Sustaining existing testers deployed at contract manufacturers
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, electronics, electric power systems, automotive engineering, or automation
2 years of manufacturing or testing experiences
Read, interpret, and diagnose schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuits
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
Excellent communication skills - ability to work with people involved in the entire manufacturing process, manage relationships effectively and communicate efficiently
Problem solving skills - ability to find solutions to problems in the project and have a clear understanding and control of the project as a whole
Attention to detail - especially on large projects involving many departments, constant attention to project-related details is required
Cost consciousness - Pay attention to limited resources and time
Decision-making skills - Decision-making is required at key points in the project. The project development engineer must be able to assess and understand the issues involved and make one or more objective decisions at each stage
