职位描述

Responsible for electronic new material development 负责电子部件的物料开发
Provide technical support to quality and production 支持生产线的技术和质量问题
Follow up and monitor project schedule to guarantee smooth mass production 跟进项目开发计划确保顺利量产
Ensure new product development to meet project target considering cost, timing and quality 确保新产品开发满足项目成本、时间和质量的要求
Follow up prototype building, tooling open and assembly trial during design validation process                                跟进手板制作，开模，试产
Participate electronic design work when needed to support NPD/ NPI 参与电子设计
Industrialize and homologate new components for new project 开发及确认新项目物料
Bring new idea and new technology through market research 通过试产调研，提出新技术、新设计、新工艺
Material localization for imported parts 进口物料本地化开发
Cost reduction activity 参与减成本项目
Provide regular project report to management 定期更新项目报告
Write project technical documentation 制作项目技术文件
Take ad hoc assignments from superior上级领导安排的其他工作


Qualifications:



Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics/ mechatronic engineering
本科或以上学历，电子、电气、机电等专业背景




Experience:



5+ years’ experience on electronic product development
5年以上的跨国公司电子部件工程制造领域的开发工作经验
Solid knowledge of electrical principles of lithium battery, electric motors, electric transaxle, VMS, etc.
对锂电电池、电机、变速箱、VMS等电子物料的设计开发原理有一定的认识
Experience in manufacturing process for electronic products
有电子部件的制造工艺经验
Good knowledge of project management skill
有很好的项目管理经验
Basic knowledge in CAD software of NX-UG Siemens/ Auto CAD is preferred
对UG软件使用有基本的认识了解
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
熟练使用Office办公软件
Able to work under pressure and overtime with respect of tight time schedule
可以承受压力和接受加班，以达到项目进度要求




Languages:



Fluent English in both oral and written
英语口语和书写流利
