职位描述

1.在焊接配件开发的各个阶段支持产品管理，管理采购商用焊机供应商的质量/现场控制关键供应商的整个制造质量；
2.与各相关部门合作，使开发过程顺利、及时进行；
3.为销售/客户沟通提供及时的响应；
4.销售工具，营销材料的创建和维护/更新；
5.与采购部一起对配件和商业产品进行新供应商的采购和工厂审核；
6.负责林肯电子商务设备供应商的质量管理，支持供应商质量改进；
7.与研发、工厂质量、过程工程接口，以明确林肯电气的要求，培训和开发符合公司业务需求的供应商；
8.每周/每月报告供应商绩效。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，工程、机械或海外贸易专业优先 ;
2.熟悉焊接产品（优先但不必要）;
3.ISO9001/TS16949审核员资格;
4.有精益生产和六西格玛经验者优先;
5.良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力;

Job Description
1.Support Product Manage in all phase of welding accessories development and manage out sourcing commercial welders suppliers’ quality/on site control the key suppliers’ whole manufacturing quality.
2. Work with all related departments to make development process running smooth and on time.
3. Provide timely responses to sales/customers communications.
4. Sales tools, marketing material creation & Maintenance/update exist marketing materials
5. Work with purchasing on new supplier sourcing/plant audit for accessories & commercial products.
6. Responsible for Lincoln Electric commercial equipment suppliers’ quality management, support on supplier quality improvement.
7.  Interface with R&D, plant quality, process engineering to clear Lincoln Electric requirements, train and develop suppliers with company’s business needs.
8.Improve suppliers’ performance with weekly/monthly report.

Requirements:
1. Degree from accredited college or university, preferably in engineering, mechanical or oversea trading.
2. Familiar with welding products (preferable but not necessary)
3. ISO9001/TS16949 auditor qualified.
4. Lean and six sigma experience is preferred.
5. Good verbal and written communications skills both in English and Chinese.
