职位描述
1. Work as the window of welding consumable products complaints and related customers’ feedbacks, cooperate sales,plants,AE and R&D teams to verify, investigate and solve customer welding problems through on-site service. 作为焊接材料产品投诉及相关客户投诉的窗口,协同销售,工厂,应用工程及研发各团队,通过客户现场服务,确认,调查并解决客户焊接问题。
2. Provide customers technical service before & after sales with the request from sales team, collect customers’ on-site welding information and supply value added support to improve the welding quality and efficiency with improvement solutions from cross functions’ team works.
按销售团队的需求提供给客户售前/后的技术服务,收集客户现场焊接信息,与内部团队合作,提供给客户有价值的改善方案,以提升客户质量和效率。
3. Support customers welding procedure specification’s assessment with on-site test plates welding.
支持客户做焊接工艺规程评定,进行相应的现场试板焊接。
4. Weekly report timely customer requirements/feedback and cooperate with plants’ teams to improve products quality,raise customers’ satisfaction.
每周及时报告客户的需求/反馈,与工厂团队合作改进产品质量,提升客户满意度。
5.Period customer visit with sales team, master customers current welding needs in time for the different processes /projects.
定期与销售进行客户拜访,及时掌握客户当前不同工艺或项目的焊接需求。
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above,major in welding or related.
本科及以上学历,焊接,材料相关专业。
2. Familiar with welding processes,3+years related working experience.
熟悉焊接工艺,3年及以上相关工作经验。
3. Conversant in application of Microsoft Office,good communication skills and team work,good English skills.
熟练应用办公软件;善于沟通及管对合作,良好的英语水平。
