工作职责：
1. 为客户，销售团队和内务提供专业的产品培训，快速应对提问和投诉
service for customer, sales team, and provide the professional production trainnning, deal with the complain and any issue.
2. 配合编写安装指南，维护手册，产品册和宣传广告等资料
assist to draft the installation direction, production catalogue and publication materials.
3. 机器人产品市场信息的搜集，提供销售需要的各类对比汇总
search marketing info, and provide the sales data contrast and collection.
4. 中国地区机器人订单的快速审查
check up the robo production oder in China sales region.
5. 机器人订单流转中的沟通协调
communicate and correspond about the order in process.
6. 有现场解决焊接设备故障的能力
can get rid of the welding facility fault in site.
7. 良好的英语能力和沟通技巧
good English and communication skill.
8. 焊接知识和现场解决问题能力在培训后为3级
reach 3+ level after welding knowledge and problem solution skill.

岗位要求：
1. 专科以上学历，焊接，机械,自动化,电气,机电专业优先；
University diploma or above on mechanical engineering/Automation/electric/ automotive/welding related major;
2. 2年以上在造船厂、挖掘机、锅炉厂、集装箱厂,电厂,钢厂,钢结构及厚板焊接或者焊机厂及相关领域工作经验;
2+ years relevant sales/ technical support experience in shipyard/yellow goods/boiler/containers/ power plant/steel plant/ thick steel sheet metal welding field is an advantage;
3. 懂弧焊机器人技术支持经验者优先；
technical support experience with arc welding robot prefer
4.具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神;
Good communication skills, team work spirit;
5.熟练使用电脑及办公软件；
Good computer skills, such as Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Excel, PPT etc.
6.能吃苦耐劳及和压力承受能力；工作积极主动，计划性强；强烈的客户服务意识
Self-motivated, hard work, good planning ability , target-oriented and good service attitude
7.良好的英语读写能力
Good English in reading and written as min.
