Scope 
1. The Project Manager develops and manages processing of systems, and directs design and documentation work for Automation. Reports to the Operations Manager. 


Responsibilities 
1. The Project Manager is responsible for completing engineering assignments in the application of robots for welding and cutting processes. The Project Manager will occasionally pack and ship Parts and System Orders. 
2. The Project Engineering Group directs and coordinates all ISO-relevant design and development activities in the Automation Division. 
3. Other duties as assigned. 

Requirement 
1. Must have the ability to independently perform most assignments with limited instructions as to the general results expected. 
2. Must be able to evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications. 
3. A thorough knowledge of robots and automated welding systems and controls is desirable. Knowledge of various arc welding procedures is desirable. 
4. Must have an Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
