Key Accountabilities
1. Provide guidance to through partnership with site HR on key compensation & benefits processes to serve business needs, and in line with the overall business plan
2. Review and maintain the existing compensation and benefit policies and process to ensure the external competitiveness and internal equity
3. Manage the annual salary planning, daily pay recommendation and expatriate coordination
4. Acts as local expertise on job analysis, position evaluation, salary structure design, grading system establishment;
5. Provides professional supports on Sales incentive scheme development, Retention scheme design, Pension scheme development, China domestic relocation scheme design;
6. Lead the Global C&B related projects;
Qualification Requirements:
1. Ideal candidate need to have minimum 8 years related experience within big multinational companies.
2. General knowledge of competitive compensation and benefits practices and regulations.
3. Experience in the design and implementation of variable pay programs Experience for both operation and commercial team;
4. Experience in obtaining and interpretation of market data and recommending cost effective solutions to retain and engage talent.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Project management and change management skills are a plus;
6. Strong communication skills especially the ability to influence at all levels and drive change
7. Fluent in both verbal and written English;
