职位描述

工作职责Responsibilities：

1.负责客户的文件（含BOM，位置图，尺寸图，加工图，组装图，材料SPEC等）的接收、核对，确认并转化为公司资料，并下发相关部门

Responsible for receive and confirm the documents from customers, including BOM, drawings and SPEC etc.), and transfer to internal documents then release to related departments

2.产品工程变更处理：制作ECN并下发相关部门，并且进行跟踪

Handling product engineering change, send ECN to related department and tracking status.

3.NEW MPN材料的分析和确认

Responsible for analyzing and confirming new MPN material

4.SAP，MIS系统的操作，维护

Operating and maintaining the SAP and MIS systems

5.跟踪新产品试产，追踪试产问题点，试产报告管理

Follow up NPI, tracking the problem during trial production and manage the trial reports

6.签核MRB报告

Sign and approve MRB reports

7.产品工艺流程控制和优化、效率提升。

Process control and optimize





职位要求Requirement：

1.本科学历，电子工程相关专业

Bachelor degree with electronic engineering or related major

2.3-5年以上工艺/制程相关工作经验，有EMS行业工作经验优先

With 3 to 5 working experience in process engineering, has worked in EMS company will be preferred.

3.熟悉back-end组装制程，了解波峰焊机操作；

Familiar with back-end assembly process and operation of wave soldering intermediate

4.熟悉电子材料及产品的生产流程，

Familiar with electronic material and electronic product production process

5.具备一定的组织和沟通能力

With good organization and communication skills

6.良好的英语沟通能力

Good at writing and speaking English
