职位描述
Responsibility 1. Consult with the Asia Pacific management team about budget and expenses, control budget variances and the proper application of capital, and minimize expense. 2. Develop strong working relationship and understanding of power tool business, to facilitate highly effective team work. 3. Developing and mentoring of subordinates for internal talents development. 4. Standard cost calculation and maintenance in the SAP system, competitive cost analysis for the decision make. 5. Monthly supply chain cost calculation and analysis 6. Provide the realistic investment estimation to the project leader and then track the key performance of the investment according to the standard procedure of the company. 7. Monthly cost reduction project tracking and core product cost tracking. Requirements 1. College or above degree, major in accounting. 2. Over 6 years’ working experience, costing experience is preferred. 3. Practical experience and knowledge in preparing budgets and in budget cost control. 4. Strong excel skills practical experience in SAP Modules FI and CO; or other similar systems. 5. Analytical skills and quick perception. 6. Good communication skills in Chinese and English. 7. Work independently and self-motivated. 8. Leadership experience is preferred.
