职位描述

ob Description:
? Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the supplier quality assurance and development system in the commodity
? Perform audits on new and existing suppliers with the purpose of evaluating the expected quality or sustainability performance of the supplier, and provide relevant information into supplier selection decision forums and commodity management
? Guide the suppliers in the APQP and PPAP process and approve the result of the suppliers APQP and PPAP work. Be involved in internal and external drawing reviews to synchronize the demands in order to reduce risk and avoid miss understanding, be involved supplier selection, tooling approved process, TOK and EP samples process.
? Support in the suppliers’ corrective action process and approve the result for Husqvarna related issues that has gone through the process, drive supplier achieve Husqvarna PPM target.
? Develop strategic suppliers.
? Manage internal customer relationships and coordinate with Commodity Management and Advanced Purchasing the selection, assessment and approval of supplier and parts.
? Work with suppliers and related company department to achieve all individual KPIs and assist related department reports and department workings.

Preferred qualifications:
Education:
? Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline.

Experience:
? Minimum 5 years of experience working with supplier quality related topics and manufacturing engineering experience in relevant area.
? Have good experience and knowledge on gaskets, rubber material and packing components.
? Possession of recognized qualification in quality engineering, audit processes and relevant certifications is of a clear advantage
? With professional knowledge or background on mechanical or related field. Understand and familiar with manufacturing process on stamping, punching, Vulcanization and quality control.
? Quality assurance, supplier development, and general manufacturing engineering experience is of a clear advantage
Languages:
? Fluency in English is required (written and oral),in other language is an advantage.
? No problem in Mandarin both quick writing and reading.

Skills and Capabilities (soft skill):
? Thorough working knowledge of quality systems methods and quality engineering practices (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis, Lean manufacturing concepts, etc.)
? Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
? Strong written and verbal communications skills
? Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., tact/diplomacy, listening, negotiation, consulting).
? Understanding the importance of customer service and internal stakeholder management.
? Knowledge and experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) including presentation and database application
