职位描述

Position/Job Description:
This position is to be the tooling engineer to support the Asian region factories, who is located in Asia purchasing organization and the position reports to the Asia tool purchasing manager. The objective is to support Asia regions to buy tooling by provide technical support role, mainly for plastic molds, also include stamping die and die-casting molds.
He or she will play bridge roles between R&D,Commodity and Project sourcing, also support the communication and monitor tool project making progress. And to minimize the quality issue due to tooling and to have Husqvarna’s eyes onsite to verify the suppliers if they compliance with our specification and committed schedule.
Furthermore, the person needs to continue to develop competitive suppliers in China
The candidate should have bachelor degree at least.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
Tooling Design review
Supplier development
Tooling project follow up
Arrange technical audit on Chinese suppliers
Provide information to purchasing manager for their decision
Supplier overall performance feedback
Support tooling life cycle management
Preferred qualifications:
The qualified candidate shall have master or bachelor degree level in engineering, project management or English.
Project management experience from similar position.
Familiar with mold, die and stamping presses, injection machines etc.
Good communication skills in English, both written & spoken are essential
Integrity, open and up forward personalities
Logic thinking style and able to overcome the different challenges
