Job Responsibilities：
职位职责：
1、 首/末件检查 & 产线巡检（各类变更文件的跟踪）；
First and last part inspection & production line inspection (follow up all kinds of change files).
2、熟悉电子元器件、五金件、塑胶件的来料检验标准及规范；
Be familiar with incoming inspection standards and specifications of electronic components, hardware and plastic parts.
3、能看懂图纸，懂得使用各种检验工具；
Be able to read drawings and can use inspection tools.
4、负责产品的日常检验及统筹，并对检验后的产品进行状态标识.
Responsible for the daily inspection and coordination of products, and mark the status of products after inspection.
5、执行检验及相关记录表的填写，检验报表扫描存档.
Carry out inspection and related record sheet filling, inspection report scanning and archiving.
6、检验异常时及时填写不良处理单及呈报，以及后续原因分析和改善的追踪确认；
When inspecting abnormality, fill in the bad treatment form and report in time, and follow up the cause analysis and improvement tracking confirmation.
7、能够独立制定相关检验文件，熟悉质量体系流程，参与过内审者优先；
Be able to independently develop related inspection documents, familiar with quality system process, have participated in internal audit is preferred.
8、实时反馈检验中发生的问题，进行处理及过程跟踪；
Real-time feedback of the problems occurred in the inspection, processing and process tracking.
9、熟练使用office办公软件，语言文字表达能力强、擅于沟通、有较强的责任心，服从领导安排；
Proficient in using office software, strong verbal expression ability, good at communication, strong sense of responsibility, obey the arrangement of leaders.

Job Requirements：
职位要求：
1、学历要求：中专及以上.
Education requirement: Technical secondary school or above.
2、有2年以上IQC进料/IPQC巡线/OQC出货检验工作经验优先；
More than 2 years IQC incoming/IPQC inspection/OQC inspection experience is preferred.
