职位描述

Job Description:
1. Supervision for the conceptualization, preparation, discussion, fabrication of test rigs, fixtures, equipment used by QC department.
2. Supervision in maintenance and repairs coordinaton of QC test equipment in accordance with maintenance schedule.
3. Coordination with ME and production QC in preparation for the launching of new projects\' test equipments and parameters specification.
4. Management of QC equipments & testers\' consolidation asset report and assistance to Finance department for its location.
5. Other related functions instructed by QC manager.

Requirements:
1. Experience in industrial and electro-mechanical equipment designing in last possible cost.
2. Competent in PLC control programming for putting up a fixture sequence cycles.
3. Knowledgeable in production efficiency and time rate for the QC tester fabrication concept.
4. Can interpret electrical diagram and mechanical drawing for the conceptualization of QC testers.
5. Common sense, aggressiveness, sense of responsibility and self initiative on the job.
6. Diploma degree or above, major in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
