The Job
As a Motor Project Engineer Here, you’ll be part of our ENG team located in Suzhou. You’ll get to:
? 独立项目管理能力，掌控项目进度, 成本,风险评估, 及测试安排, 问题解决，保证项目按期完成
Excellent leadership for global electrical projects，drive new projects with teams. follow & control cost, risk and testing, issue addressed with solid solutions to ensure complete projects in time
? 独立完成Windchill文档工作,马达BOM，熟练使用Catia制图和SAP系统
Capable to complete Windchill document, motor BOM, Catia drawing and SAP system
? 参与电气及零部件的供应商开发及评审
Develop electrical suppler and supplier audit
? 参与审核全球电气产品结构更改,执行到生产中
Review all documents change for global electrical structure, drive to production
? 对电气产品结构进行优化创新. 并提供切实可行的低成本技术解决方案

? 本科或以上电气或机电一体专业毕业
Bachelor or above education on mechanical or electrical
? 有电机项目管理经验者优先
Motor project management experience are preferred
? 较强团队合作精神,项目协调能力
Good communication skill and teamwork capability
? 良好的英语沟通交流能力,能够独立并组织全球其他研发中心进行电话会议
Good English language skill for global conference call with other global design center
? 动手能力强, 善于钻研, 责任心强
