Job requirements (sales manager and marketing manager):
岗位要求（适用于全部业务人员和市场经理）：
1、Responsible for the overseas market development and the maintenance of new and old customers .
负责海外市场开发和新老客户维护
2、Responsible for the daily publicity and promotion of the brand and products.
负责日常对品牌和产品的宣传推广工作
3、Work experience or background in the industry and related fields.
具备行业及相关领域的工作经验或背景
4、Proficient in using daily office software, with listening, speaking, reading and writing ability to English or required languages.
熟练运用日常办公软件，具备对英文或要求语种的听、说、读、写能力；
5、Careful, patient, with strong communication and understanding ability, with the ability to analyze the industry and competitors, with the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
细心、耐心，有较强的沟通和理解能力，具备对行业和竞争对手的分析能力，具备独立分析和解决问题的能力；






Job Responsibility:
工作职责
2.1、 Develop new customers and establish distributor network and send report back to area manager every week.
在市场开发新客户，建立经销商网络，每周发送详细工作汇报回大区经理。
2.2、Assist & Participate in WEIMA business tour activity every 3 months.
协助并参与威马公司制定的每三个月一次的市场走访，客户拜访出差计划。
2.3、Collect competitor’s marketing information (i.e: sales district , sales policy and sales price and sales volume. etc and send detailed report of market survey back to WEIMA each month.
通过各种途径搜集当地市场上的竞争对手市场销售区域，销售政策，销售价格，销售量等相关信息，并且定期总结，每个月发送详细分析报告回威马公司。
2.4、Collect WEIMA product market feedback and visit the field of machine working if necessary.and revert details back to WEIMA accordingly.
协助搜集公司产品市场质量反馈，如遇特殊情况，须要求实地考察客户机器销售地区，深入了解相关问题，如实汇报给公司。
2.5、Promote WEIMA new products to customer and follow-up the testing feedback in time.
协助推广威马新产品给当地客户并及时跟进市场反馈。
2.6、Learn Product knowledge and product advantage in WEIMA factory every half year.
每隔半年到威马工厂学习培训相关产品知识和产品推销技能。
2.7、Assist to do after-sales service or train the customers’ employee for the machine if necessary.
如果有必要，需要协助当地客户做售后服务和组织客户员工开展培训工作
2.8、Prohibit to sign any contract or agreement with the customers personally,otherwise,.will be terminated immediately,Company may report the matter to police at its discretion
禁止私自与当地客户直接签订合同，协议等任何形式文件 ,否则公司将立即终止雇佣关系，并保留通过法律手段捍卫公司利益的权利。
2.9、Prohibit to share company’s business information to any customers or third party, otherwise,will be terminated immediately,Company may report the matter to police at its discretion
禁止将公司的商业信息透露给客户或第三方，一经查实，公司将立即终止雇佣关系，并保留通过法律手段捍卫公司利益的权利。
