职位描述

Carry out sales work according to the company\\\'s strategy and sales tasks arranged by superior leaders, manage and assign team members to accomplish various tasks in time; analyze the existing markets and customers, identify potential customer needs and guide the actual needs of relevant customers to achieve the sales targets.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:
? Responsible for market development, dealer network construction and management of relevant regional and team operations.
负责相关区域和团队业务的市场开拓、经销商网络构建和管理。
? Build and manage sales teams, guide sales representatives to complete their sales tasks, evaluate their performance and propose improvements.
建设、管理销售团队,指导销售代表完成各自的销售任务并评估其工作绩效,提出改进建议。
? Lead by example, guide team members to visit customers and provide product demonstrations, application introductions, technical advice, operation training, and other services at a specified frequency; maintain good customer relationships through regular customer visits.
以身作则并指导团队成员以规定的频繁程度,拜访客户并向其提供产品演示,应用介绍,技术建议和操作培训等服务;并通过定期的客户拜访,维护良好的客情关系。
? Plan and effectively manage the team\\\'s working hours, implement action plans of the management by objectives workflow, regularly maintain customer data, perform timely and accurate reporting and necessary statistics, such as Key account project tracking, sales lead tracking, daily affairs report, etc.
有计划并有效管理团队的工作时间,执行目标管理工作流程的行动方案,定期维护客户数据;及时准确的报告和进行必要的统计,例如重点客户项目跟踪,销售线索跟踪,日常事务报表等等。
? Responsible for the sales expenses and budget of the team. Control the customers’ accounts receivable in the region within the scope specified by the company.
负责本团队的销售费用、预算制定。将区域内客户的应收账款控制在公司规定的范围内。
? Responsible for organizing reginal dealer meetings, training for customers and dealers.
负责组织区域经销商会议,客户及经销商的培训工作。
? Assist the marketing department in carrying out marketing work, such as attending exhibitions, conducting market surveys, etc.
协助市场部开展市场工作, 如参加展会, 市场调查等。
? Maintain good cooperation with the company and other sales teams (including other departments) to promote business development.
同本公司其他部门(包括其他销售团队)良性合作,推动业务发展。
? Regular self-assessment and learning, and under the guidance of superiors, to ensure the development of the team.
定期的自我评估和学习,并在上级领导的指导下,保证团队发展。
? Accomplish other tasks assigned by leaders.
完成领导安排的其他工作。
? Support and implement company policies and decisions.
支持和执行公司相关政策和决定。
Job Requirements职位基本要求:
? College degree or above (Bachelor or above, MBA, chemical, forestry machinery, woodworking majors are preferred).
大专及以上学历(大学本科以上或MBA,化工,林业机械,木工加工专业等优先考虑)。
? Skilled in using related Office software; Chinese Class C driver\\\'s license.
熟练使用Office相关软件;有中国C类驾照。
? Over 5 years of practical working experience in the tooling equipment or woodworking industry, over 5 years of sales experience, in-depth understanding of the tooling equipment or woodworking industry, at least 2 years of team management experience.
工具设备或木工行业实际工作5年以上,销售经验5年以上,对工具设备或木工行业有深入的了解,至少2年以上的团队管理经验。
? Practical experience in the development and management of dealer networks.
对经销商网络的开发与管理有实际经验。
? Able to communicate in English (CET-4 or above, German language skills are preferred).
能用英语进行沟通(英语四级以上, 懂德语者优先)。
? Good organizational and communication skills.
具备良好的组织与沟通能力。
? Interested in sales work, able to cope with various complex market conditions, accept business trips.
对销售工作有兴趣, 能应对各种复杂的市场情况,能够适应出差。
? Willing to accept challenges and can work under great pressure.
愿意接受挑战并能承受较大工作压力。
