Finish individual sales target and industry line sales target.

Manage the dealers, support and urge them to complete the business targets.

Improve the efficiency and execution of dealers, keep alert and crisis awareness all the time, and make corresponding adjustments to dealers and dealer networks once risks are found.

Support and promote dealers to carry out online and offline activities with TTS CN to serve end customers and promote the brand awareness of the company.

Job Requirements职位基本要求:
B.Sc university, chemical/automotive/mechanical/ chemical coating major or related field
大学本科以上学历，汽车工程、机械、化工、涂装或相关专业
Min. 3 years sales experience, Min. 2 years sales team/channel management experience
3年以上销售经验，至少2年以上销售渠道管理经验
Have a certain understanding and practical experience of automobile aftermarket, especially 4S shop or construction paint industry
对汽车后市场，尤其是4s店或建筑涂装行业，有一定地了解与实际经验
Willing to take business trip, able to work under sales pressure

Good organization and communication skills
