职位描述

In charge of raw materials sourcing and purchasing actives for all Chinese plants and cooperate with global colleagues if support needed.
1 Developing new supplier, new products, resourcing from current supplier base and other opportunity to support business growth, margin contribution and competitiveness of new business. Follow purchasing and project procedure with risk management for above developments from idea break out until project launched and hand over.
2 Category management and strategy plan implementation under self analysis and manager’s guiding.
3 Sourcing new valuable potential suppliers with supplier analysis and strategy plan. Working with other colleagues on supplier assessment, development and follow up action plan.
4 Send Request For Quotation(RFQ) according to request, price negotiation and evaluation. Arrange samples per project timing, clarify and finalize technical specifications and solve other supplier problems during project development and implement processes.
5 Supplier management with Total Cost of Ownership(TCO) orientation include supplier relationship management, annual price negotiation, documents management (contract, price agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA) etc.), supplier evaluations etc.
6 Follow-up on Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) and other responsible purchasing tasks.
7 Achieve the annual saving target via price negotiation and work closely with other departments on Cost Saving Program(CSP) and Value Analysis and Value Engineering(VAVE) program
8 Support on global sourcing activities, and work closely with other colleagues (include purchasing and other colleagues like product managers) from sister companies
9 Good team work with other function department like product management, quality, logistics etc.
10 Maintain the supplier and price information etc. in SAP and other E-Purchasing system in time when needed.
11 Daily supplier and cost management or other emergency support is needed from stakeholders.
12 Finish report, data collecting, analysis and other tasks according to request on time.
13 Other work assigned by line manager


* Typical Education Level：
Major: Bachelor in Chemical / Materials Physics / Mechanical Processing Engineering and above
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：
？ 3+ years sourcing working experience in industry related field
？ Sophisticated MS Office, ERP knowledge / SAP experience is a strong plus
？ Fluent English vocabulary in writing and speaking
？ Communication skills especially negotiation skills
？ Good understanding and execution on purchasing policy and procedure
？ Familiar with Project Management and Quality Standard(QS) knowledge will a preferred plus
？ Collaborating with international cross functional teams, Intercultural/international experience
？ Proven ability to effectively work within a matrix organization
