职位描述

Job Purpose:
1. Have full responsibility of the plant operations: safety, security, personnel, assets, interaction with Abrasives China shared services
2. Lead and manage his team to reach operational excellence.
3. Strive to meet/exceed industry standards in terms of customer satisfaction, safety and profitability
4. Build among his team a strong company culture in line with the Saint-Gobain core values
5. Support core management team in developing strategic plans for future growth

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain a safe & healthy working environment by:
- Building EHS consciousness into the company culture
- Eliminating all industrial risks
- Implementing management tools such as 5S and risk assessment

2. Coordinate efficiently the plant operations to reach targets in terms of customer satisfaction and plant profitability. This shall be done by:
- Fully integrate Quality systems into the manufacturing operations and implement & follow strictly manufacturing SOPs
- Implement the process control in order to reduce all kind of scraps and wastes in the production process
- Set-up a low cost and reactive supply chain management
- Promote at the plant level tools such as: 5S, Kaizen, Lean, JIT, WCM

3. Ensure business continuity by:
- Establishing proper facility, equipment preventive maintenance plan as well as industrial risk prevention plan
- Building a strong and stable operation team. Proper communication of missions, values and objectives, as well \\"hands-on\\" support to subordinates are critical to drive all forces in the right direction
- Minimizing turn-over and preparing succession plan. Recruiting, retaining and training of talents

4. Assist line manager in future business strategy preparation by:
- Promote at the plant level innovation and continuous improvement
- Setting-up new goals in terms of cost and service to support the company profitable growth
- Being the strongest link between product management and manufacturing to develop new products and businesses models
- Participating to annual budget and strategic plan preparation

5. Accomplish other tasks assigned by his manager.

Qualification Requirements：
* Typical Education Level：
- Bachelor degree and above, major in Management Science and Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：
1) 8 years and above working experience in MNC of manufacturing industry
2) At least 5 years’ experience in a management role in operation management
3) Lean knowledge, WCM, 6-sigma is plus
4) Good oral and written English
5) High potential with strong leadership
6) Experience of learning and working overseas is one plus
