【职位描述】
Work with market organizations in North Asia to improve forecast accuracy and organize monthly Sales Forecast Integrated meeting.
Ensure proactive and effective communication with market organizations to achieve high information transparency.
Manage daily purchase orders for responsible product portfolios, to improve product availability and avoid stock out while achieve targeted stock level.
Monitor the inventory level including on hand, GIT, open reservations to ensure right level of inventory to balance the availability and stock level.
Ensure timely actions for shortage or potential shortage to resolve with minimum impact and maximum attention to customer service.
Handling the urgent demand and other special request from downstream.
SKU Management include item pruning, return handling, EOQ and safety stock review.
Optimize operation process and support cross functional improvements adopting lean methodologies.

Forecast bias / forecast accuracy
【任职要求】
He /She has around 1 years of supply or demand planning experience.
Good at MS-office software application, familiar with ERP system, SAP/APO is a plus.
Good communication skill and data analysis ability, Power BI/VBA is a plus.
Fluent in English is a must
