Qualification

Bachelor or above education on mechanical or electrical.
motor development and simulation experience are preferred .
Good communication skill and teamwork capability.
Good English language skill for global conference call with other global design center.
Strong practical abilities, Be good at studying, strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Excellent leadership for global electrical projects, drive new projects with teams. follow & control cost, risk and testing, issue addressed with solid solutions to ensure complete projects in time.
Capable to complete Windchill document, motor BOM, Catia drawing and SAP system.
Work with global design center to develop new electrical components.
Review all document change for global electrical structure, drive to production.
Focus on innovation and Design to Value.
