职位描述

工作职责Responsibilities：



- 负责项目中非标的载具、夹具及自动化设备的机械设计工作；
Responsibility for mechanical design work of non-standard carrier, fixture and automatic equipment in project.
- 执行设计主管安排的设计任务，完成相关制作图纸绘制、材料清单及外购件清单等设计数据的输出；
Execution design task which is assigned by supervisor. Finish the related fabrication drawings, BOM list, purchase part list and other output design data.
- 提供相关设计中电气接口功能描述及需求给电气部门；
Provide related electric interface function description and requirement to electric department.
- 对相关材料的外购件采购工作给予必要的技术支持；
Technical support for the related material purchase work.
- 对制作供应商提出的相关零部件加工、预装配方面的问题给予快速准确的答复，必要时需要去制造工厂做支持工作；
Fast and correct reply for the questions about fabrication and pre-assembly of the related parts from manufacture supplier. Go to the workshop for technical support if it’s necessary.
- 对项目现场安装调试过程中相关设备的技术问题给予迅速的反馈，必要时需要到达项目现场做技术支持工作；
Trouble shooting for the technical problems of the related equipment on site in installation and commissioning. Go to the site for technical support if it’s necessary.
- 部门同事之间的用于担当、主动协作与互助。
Being brave to be responsible, initiative collaboration, helping each other among colleagues in department.






职位要求Qualification:


- 机械相关专业本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical related background.
- 机械设计领域5年以上经验。有汽车装备制造行业工作经验为佳。
Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering design is required. Experience in automobile equipment manufacture is preferred.
- 有工装夹具、模具、非标自动化设备设计，机器人应用工作经验优先；。
Experience in fixture / mould / non-standard automatic equipment design, robot application is preferred.
- 熟练使用CATIA和AutoCAD等辅助设计软件。
Skillfully using CATIA, AutoCAD, and etc. auxiliary tool.
- 能适应短期（1周内）出差。
Short-term project traveling (within 1 week) can be accepted.
- 良好的沟通技巧。
Good communication skill.

- 英语熟练者优先。
Proficiency in English is preferred.
