职位描述

Objective of the Function
? Support the EHS team to ensure the legal compliance of the EHS aspects in regard to the operation of HFH and HPT sites.
? Lead the facility related projects in terms of facility modification, renovation, expansion etc., to ensure correct design, installation, acceptance until operation stage, align with company Germany quality-oriented standard in the project control and result.
? Lead the maintenance team to ensure a highly effective maintenance strategy and activities applied on site, control the preventive/predictive maintenance implementation, lead the team to perform a reliability centered maintenance program, control maintenance and spare parts cost.
? Perform as the contact to landlord in the facility related area, ensure company interest is properly protected, timely report and follow up the relevant issues based on lease contract terms.


Responsibilities
? Be responsible for the facility design, construction, equipment installation, commission until fully operation, provide a high-quality facility basis for the factory’s operation.
? Be responsible for the company Environmental/OH/Safety three simultaneous related affairs, as well as the EHS related facility, such as WWTP, gas treatment, safety critical equipment operation management.
? Support other sub-project function with the successful installation, construction, commission and operation, such as the project management department’s NPI introduction projects.
? Be responsible for relocating the HFH (old factory) machines to the HPT (new factory), before that, fully maintain and renovate these machines per the Company Identity.
? Establish and maintain the contact with building landlord, government authorities, timely resolve the issues between different parties, record the interaction information, file the meeting minutes with them.
? Establish a highly effective facility and maintenance team for the factory\\\'s operation, maintain and implement the STEP system in department to cultivate talents and promote the team skills.
? Manage the Facility& Maintenance team, which are aimed to provide reliable, efficient and quality service for plant\\\'s operation, lead team to implement the systematic preventive maintenance system, spare parts management system, document management system etc. to continuously improve the status of plant maintenance.
? Troubleshooting EHS, equipment, facility\\\'s issues according to priorities, meanwhile, coaching the team to gradually adopt standard method of working, improve the working process, skills to strengthen the capability of team.


Basic Requirements & Conditions

Formal Education: Bachelor or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Related Working Experience: 10 years+ related working experience in the facility project or maintenance area.

Others Requirements:
? Strong facility project management background, with delivery of world-class standard engineering projects hands on skills.
? Systematic project quality assurance establishment and implementation experience, as well as good hands-on skills in the implementation process until the successful commission and operation of project.
? Familiar with the GB, construction, installation standards and codes, quality assurance for the typical facility equipment, such as various special equipment, HV/LV electrical system, instrument, compressor air system, cranes, steel structure, pipelines, pressure vessels, fire system, civil engineering, natural gas system, HVAC system etc., hold a broad knowledge basis of industrial good/best practices could be utilized in the facility management.
? Good interaction skills with different stakeholders regarding internal or external, such as company management, landlord, government authorities, LDI, professional suppliers etc.
? Good knowledge background with EHS, waste water/gas treatment design and operation, chemical engineering background is an advantage.
? Self-driven, logical, result oriented, team player and good communication skills.
? Willing to interact and contribute in a diverse culture, language background team.
? Excellent communicator and fully bilingual in Chinese and English in reading, writing and oral communication.
? Proficient in OFFICE and AUTOCAD software.
