职位描述

职责描述/Job Description:
1. Design the production line layout to match the capacity;
生产线layout设计与产能实现；
2. Coordinate the resource with different department to improve the process;
跨部门资源协调及工序改善；
3. Involve in new equipment, new process, mass production during NPI;
参与NPI新设备新工艺新产品量产导入；
4. Build cycle time system, maintain the system regularly;
工时系统标准的建立，定期更新维护；
5. Involve in automation introduction, simplify the process, and increase the production efficiency;
参与自动化导入、工序精简、提升生产效率；
6. Analyze the VSM, reduce the lead time;.
价值流分析，缩短生产周期；
资历要求/Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering, more than 3 years related work experience;
工业工程专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
2. Good sense of improvement and cost;
具有较强改善意识、成本意识；
3. Good ability of logic, comunication, and coordination;
良好的逻辑思维能力，沟通表达能力，组织协调能力；
4. Good command of English on listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-4 or above;
熟练英语听说读写，英语四级及以上；
5. Good command of CAD drawing software, 3D drawing is better;
熟练使用CAD 画图软件，3D画图更佳；
