Core Task and Responsibility:
1、负责模具团队的日常工作安排及人员管理
2、监督模具维修日程以确保冲压生产产品的按时交付
3、建立模具维护日程并执行维护任务
4、及时处理冲压生产过程中出现的所有模具问题
5、有关技术问题与模具设计部门保持联系
6、给冲压部门提供技术支持;，必要时参加由顾客、自身和分包方参加的技术讨论会
7、协助质量部门调查质量问题，在生产单元内落实相关整改措施
8、负责模具生产成本的预算和成本控制计划，通过SAP实施跟踪原材料消耗及产值等
9、对量产模具备件的请购、安全库存管理负责
10、对整个模具维修部门业绩表现负责。

Core tasks

？ Manages and coordinates all tool maintenance activities according to a fixed process and with available resources;
？ Establishes a preventive tooling maintenance process;
？ Performs after-repair tool readiness trials and creates readiness reports cross functional departments review, Ensures that every tool is optimized for usage and ready for production;
？ Maintains the tool database including tool maintenance logbook, BOM, Drawings, spare parts list and maintains tool lifetime overviews to signal annual tool replacement;
？ Lead all the tool improvement activities;
？ Manage, train and develop a team of tool engineers and technicians - Enhance individual and groups technical capabilities;

Responsibilities & goals

？ Reduction of incident tool repair (time & occurrence);
？ Increase tool engineer and technician’s technical ability and work efficiency;
？ Reduction of reoccurring tool break downs;
？ Reduction of tool spare part cost;


Candidate profile to this role

Our ideal candidate has previously held a position in tool-shop management or Sr. tool maintenance management position, preferably within a western company that operates within an international setting in China. As a person, you thrive in a collaborative environment, and you are a detail-oriented technical professional that pro-actively seeks the initiative and has the ability to multitask and excel within the responsibilities of this position with minimum supervision;

Education, training and experience

To apply for this position you must possess the following attributes:
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, preferably with added qualifications in toolmaking or mechanical engineering and/or other related field of education;
？ 10 year’s work experience including 5 years in a similar position from whom at least 3 years in a managerial role; A personal career development from toolmaker into management position would be a solid advantage for this role;
？ Solid experience in Progressive tooling, Transfer tooling and Single-Step tooling. Candidates with work Experiences in roll-forming and roller designs would have a distinct advantage for this role;
？ Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications;
？ Proficient in 2D & 3D CAD software, solid-works or equivalent; Ability to create 3D drawings according the company’s framework and specification settings;
