职位描述

Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1.负责新供应商开发，选择、评估、认证流程，增加不同类产品潜在供应商名录以满足公司需求
Responsible for new supplier development, selection, evaluation and certification process, and increasing the list of potential suppliers of non-similar products to meet the company\\\'s needs
2.主导自制产品项目，包括BOM成本及项目周期控制
Lead in-house product projects, including BOM cost and project schedule control
3.负责新项目相关零件的开发、送样、认可工作
Responsible for the development, sample delivery and approval of parts related to new projects
4.运用成本分析，进行成本评估及价格谈判，以达到项目成本目标
Using cost analysis, make cost evaluation and price negotiation to meet project cost targets
5.负责与供应商确认商务条款，签订采购合同
Responsible for defining commercial terms with suppliers and signing procurement contracts
6.维护管理供应商，协助其它部门解决与供应商有关的交货、品质等问题
Maintain and manage suppliers , assist other departments in solving delivery and quality issues related to suppliers
7.负责生产相关投资项目及备件的采购
Responsible for the procurement of production-related investment projects and spare parts
8.关注市场变化，并与其它部门合作，识别降本机会，合理管理供应链以优化质量、成本及交付情况
Monitor market changes and work with other departments to identify cost reduction opportunities and manage the supply chain appropriately to optimize quality, cost and delivery
9.协助OEM项目的供应商开发及采购
Assist in supplier development and procurement for OEM projects
10.协助集团总部的部分采购需求
Assist with some of the procurement needs of the group headquarters
11.其他上级交代的临时性任务
Other temporary tasks assigned by Purchasing manager


Job Requirements职位基本要求:

1.机械工程类或者电子电气工程类大学学历
University degree in mechanical engineering or electrical and electronic engineering
2.至少5年以上电子或电气件、金属结构件或注塑件、模具或其它生产类固定资产的采购经验
At least 5 years of experience in procurement of electronic or electrical parts, metal structure parts or injection parts, molds or other production type fixed assets((At least 2 categories)
3.具有较强的项目管理能力和有效的谈判技巧
Strong project management skills and effective negotiation skills
4.能阅读理解工程图纸及技术要求
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical requirements
5.良好的沟通能力，团队合作
Good communication skills, teamwork
6.有2年以上电动工具或涡轮机真空吸尘器行业工作经验优先
At least 2 years working experience in power tools or turbine vacuum cleaner industry is preferred
7.良好的英文沟通能力，书面及口语
Good communication skills in English, written and spoken
8.能熟练使用SAP, EXCEL, PPT
