职位描述

Requirement:
1. At least three years\\\' work experience in electronics design, Bachelor\\\'s degree in Electronics or Electric-automation.
3年以上电子电路设计工作经验，电子技术或电气自动化专业本科以上学历。

2. Strong electronics hardware design skill with knowledge coverage to firmware for microcontroller or ARM.
具有较强的电子电路硬件设计能力，并且熟悉单片机或ARM软件部分相关知识。

3. Strong analog design skill for small signal RF circuit for amplification, filtering and generic operational amplifier.
有较强的模拟电路设计能力，可以熟练设计小信号射频放大电路、滤波器和一般运算放大器。

4. Experience and capable to design power management circuit with DC-DC or Li-ion battery charging.
具有DC-DC电源管理电路和锂电池充电器电路设计经验及开发能力。

5. Familiar with Electronics testing procedure and generic compliance.
熟悉电子电路测试和常规认证程序。

6. Project management skill & electronics manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
具有项目管理技能和电子制造行业经验者优先。

7. Creative thinking through product design and troubleshooting, strong analytical skills
具有有较强的分析能力，运用创新性思维来解决产品设计和故障排除过程中遇到的问题。

8. Good English communication in spoken and written English.
良好的英语口语及书面沟通能力。


Responsibility:
1. Lead design and development of laser distance measuring product.
主持激光测距仪及相关产品的设计与研发工作。

2. Built up design concepts, prototype and prove feasibility.
从产品设计概念创建开始，搭建原型样机并进行可行性验证。

3. Team work with mechanical and optics engineer to resolve design and process issues.
与其他机械和光学工程师一起协同工作，来解决设计和工艺开发过程中遇到的问题。


4. Lead or participate design review & DFMEA, to provide effective solutions to address functional and safety concerns.
主持安排相关产品的设计评审和失效模式分析，并提供有效方案来解决功能与安全性相关 的问题。

5. Interface and cooperate with firmware engineer on development.
与软件工程师对接协作，共同开发产品相关软件。

6. Establish test procedure, qualify products through test or experiments.
建立测试程序及测试计划，并通过实验设计对产品进行验证。

7. Project execution through design, test to manufacturing。
通过完善产品设计、测试以及生产制造工艺开发来推动项目执行。

8. Training co-works on product technology and design。
对相关同事提供产品和设计知识培训。
