职位描述

职责要求：
Responsibilities:
履行OEM/ODM新产品开发过程中的项目管理工作。
Working with OEM/ODM Suppliers and SBD local & oversea teams on new product development：

1） 和全球市场部共同定义新产品的规格要求，并评估其可实现的可行性；
Working with global marketing team identify new product requirement and do the feasibility analysis from mechanical design side. 

2） 对于ODM产品/项目，对供应商的设计进行评估并提出改善意见；
Review ODM supplier’s design to make sure the design can meet all requirement.

3） 明确新产品开发目标，制定计划并时时跟踪计划的完成情况以确保目标得以实现；
Make detailed project planning aligned with related functions and track the with both internal and external functions.

4） 控制项目开发过程中的费用以及新产品的成本；
Take charge in the project management for the timing and Budget control in the development time. Be responsible for project quality and identifying project risks.

5） 通过设计分析，测试验证等方法确认新产品的性能及可靠性能满足客户的需求；
Be responsible for project profit and loss, regular monitoring of product cost and investment during project development time.

6） 按照公司规定的新产品开发流程，组织各个项目节点的审核会议；
Communication through each function group to make sure all information moves accurately and timely. Lead the project milestone during the project planning and organize global team meeting.

7） 主管领导交予的其它工作。
Other necessary work assigned by team leader.


能力要求：
Position Requirements:
1） 学历要求：本科及以上；专业要求：机械相关专业；
Engineering bachelor’s degree with major in Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent; 

2） 工作经验：3年以上工程背景，新产品设计或项目管理工作经验。
3 + years engineering background working experience on new product design, or project management. 

3） 项目管理能力：熟悉新产品开发流程；制作新产品开发计划并能协调项目组员在规定的成本规定下按时、保质的完成新产品开发工作；
New product development project management skill.

4） 机构分析能力：有机械产品结构设计经验者优先；有一定的机械3D制图经验，熟悉产品结构设计中的形位公差及尺寸链分析；
Basic 3D CAD skill (preferred CATIA). Well understand GD&T and dimension stack up. Have design experience will be plus

5） 问题解决能力：在项目过程中的项目管理问题或产品技术问题可以用相应的理论进行分析并协调解决；
Good problem-solving skills

6） 目标导向，思路开阔并善于团队合作；
Self-motivated, goal-orientated, team-worker, open-minded.

7） 具备英语读写能力，有一定的听说能力；
Strong written and verbal English skills, able to communicate in English on engineering issue & project scope.
