职位描述

Responsibility:
Responsible for the day to day operation and reliability, include all safety and environmental issues, process reliability and run time, product quality, process improvements, process / equipment troubleshooting, cost control, and training.
Main Activities
Ensure the safety; health and environmental legislation are respected.
Implement quality-oriented production process, ensure products meet quality standard and customers requirement.
Control and drive continuous improvements for production parameters.
Ensure tools are available for production process is effective.
Prepare Work Instruction to Production Lines for clearly and easily follow, ensure WI are well execute.
Setup basic routine and update MO routine in the system.
Well communicate and coordinate cross functionally to ensure smooth production.
Ensure FAT and classification are performed in accordance with procedures.
Report the exception timely.
Other tasks assign.

Requirement:
Qualification & Experience
Undergraduate degree or above.
At least 2 years production process control area experience.
Know pump assembly process would be better.
Can independent deal with problems of pattern Ideally, experience working in a similar role or even above
Good communication of English for working in an international environment.
