职位描述

Tasks:

- Lead an engineering team to support customer development projects, conquest new businesses and promote company technical excellence
- Set technical / product strategies for market/application segments
- Provide guidelines internally to product development and testing teams in order to align product and technical capabilities with market expectations
- Lead the new product development process

Description

- Analyze customer technical expectations with his/her team members and the sales & production teams.
- Define the action plans for new product/ product optimization from design, sample production, internal test and field test and supervise the execution processes.
- Present or support the presentations to customers, and pay particular attention to the quality and the accuracy of the documents submitted to customers
-Travel when required to support the customer and to support/develop new opportunities
- Work closely with the sales and production team to manage properly Quality, Cost and Timings

Qualifications: 

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or chemical machinery; 
- >5 years Experiences in industries such as surface treatment (PCB, PV), Environmental, water treatment, etc.
- Experience in Design and Calculation off Pipingsystems
- Experience in Project Management
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent software skills on mechanical design (Autocad, solidworks, etc) and Microsoft office.
